Translations

  1. (transitive) to see
    Näetkö tuon rakennuksen?
    Do you see that building?
    Näin hänet eilen kaupassa, mutta hän ei nähnyt minua.
    I saw her/him at the supermarket yesterday but she/he didn't see me.
  2. (transitive) to see, meet
    Nähdään huomenna!
    Let's meet tomorrow!
    Näen Pekkaa ylihuomenna.
    I'll see Pekka the day after tomorrow.
